18TH DECEMBER : - Today the three groups (including mine) of film watched four openings of films, with genres such as pshychological/crime thriller Seven, action thriller Casino Royale, pyshchological thriller Memento, horror/supernatural thriller Carrie 2: the rage, horror thriller The Descent. Our analyses included the mise-en-scene, camera shots/angles, sound (diegetic and non-diegetic), editing, performance, what happens and what you find out and your own personal response to the sequence.

Thinking of our own personal response to the sequence is actually very helpful and effective as the audience we are aiming for are around our age group.
